Wekeke…there is a hidden meaning in the title. But actually what i will tell you here is about Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) at Taipei. Gongguan is the nearest station from my university. I usually use MRT to go to Taipei Main Station (TMS)..for fashion shopping time 🙂 I recommend ‘Miki’ store bcos of the cheap price and the variation of style. There is 3 Miki store at TMS, u have to see all of it bcos for the same items can have a different price. From my (bad) experience (but I dont make it a big deal 🙂 )..I bought a winter jacket for NT 499, a week after it become NT 299, but in the other store it still NT 399..hmm. The message point is if you buy for more than NT 100, then u have to check at the other store. (I also bought a purple long sleeves clothes for NT 100 n it all the same in all store).
Back to TMS, this is the main station in Taipei, u usually get transit here to change the train. This is taipei view, in front of us is a computer store, just like ‘THR’ at Surabaya.
Next, I go to Carrefour, National Immigration office (to get an ARC (Alien Resident Certificate)= KTP), and Taipei City Hall (to see the Taipei lantern festival) also by MRT. The price is vary according to the destination. As far as I go till now I went for the NT 20 and NT 30 tour. I still dont have a student card, so I need to buy a ‘coin’ ticket at a machine below :
Then I get the ticket n get it scanned when I enter the platform. Keep it safe, bcos we still need it when we go out by inserting the coin. This is the single journey blue coin :
Wondering where I will go next by MRT…^_^
